RETURN POLICY
Returns will be issued as store credit for online or in-person
To qualify for a return, we must receive your item unused, in the same condition you received it with original tags and within 14 days of your original order date. If it is past the 14 days and/or used, unfortunately a refund cannot be issued.
Proof of purchase is required in order to complete your return.
REFUND POLICY
Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected and you will be notified via email if it has been approved or rejected for a refund in the form of store credit.
If you are approved for a refund, you will be sent a store credit via email.
If you have followed the steps above, but still have not received your refund via email, please contact us at chasingthefun.com@gmail.com and include your order number, name, contact number and a description of the returned item. Thank you!
